“I wish I had done this when I was 18”

A client made so much progress she told me “I wish I had done this when I was 18” on a call with me about two weeks ago when we were wrapping up our “Career Report & Debrief” session.

One of the main ways I help people is to help them gain clarity over their next career move. I’ve developed a 30-page Career Report that allows me to help clients massively during a 90-minute session.

How does it work? Well firstly, clients fill out an online questionnaire that typically takes 20-30 minutes. Questions cover transferrable skills, work values and preferences as well as other factors that I have found often influence clients career decisions (such as location, flexibility and income growth).

Responses are automatically analysed, and a 30-page Career Report generated and emailed to the client and me. Both of us review the findings in advance, and the Career Report really allows us to make a lot of progress during our 90-minute session, as I do not need to ask that many questions to understand the clients skills, preferences and career motivations.

The Career Report also suggests 50 job matches, with those you match highest with listed first. This matching uses a database of over 900 occupations, and the matching is highly individualised, considering your unique profile of transferrable skills, work values and work preferences.

During the debrief session I ask open ended questions around the findings in the Career Report with a view to exploring and clarifying career options. By the end of the session, clients leave with much more clarity, and a clear action plan with the next steps of their Career Development identified.

It’s never too late to get career clarity…if you want to learn more about working together check out the link to the Career Report & Debrief package here, and you are welcome to book in for a 15-minute free compatibility / enquiry call here.
