We can provide career development services for your employees if you are experiencing a restructuring or want to upskill your employees to enable them to progress within your company. Our services can be combined to offer the outplacement or career development support needed by your employees that fits your budget.

For industries experiencing significant disruption the “Next Steps” coaching programme can be combined with “Making it happen” to give your employees the opportunity to explore other career options as well as the knowledge on how to successfully find and apply for their next roles. A premium service could be offered by adding on the CV rewriting package.

Our approach to providing outplacement services makes it easy for the employer while offering highly personalised support to the employee.

How it works:

Step 1: Give us a call and together we can identify the package / combination of services you would like to offer your employees. You can look through our services here.

Step 2: We create a booking link where you select the number of employees you want to offer this package to.

Step 3: You get an email with the codes to forward to each employee to go and book their own appointments at times that suits them.

  • Ease of use – you do not have to schedule the times for the careers supports to be offered – employees schedule their appointments at times that suit them. You do not have to book rooms for delivery of the career services as our sessions are all delivered remotely. You do not have to try and squeeze the sessions in before the employees finish their employment as they can continue to access our services even after they have left employment with you.
  • Value to your employees – your employees can access our services as and when they need them. We take a blended approach to career coaching – using technology when it makes sense to get as much out of our 1-to-1 time with our clients as possible – for instance using the Career Report we developed for clients unsure of their next move. As an Irish start-up, we have a very strong knowledge of the Irish employment market, and we are 100% independent with no conflict of interest that comes from being partnered with a recruitment firm.
