Cancellation Policy – Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Money will not be refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment start time. We understand exceptional circumstances can sometimes arise – rescheduling/refund will be at our discretion within 48 hours of the appointment.

Cancellation by us – If we need to cancel for any reason efforts will be made to alert the client as soon as possible, and rescheduling/refund will be offered.

Coaching Packages – can be used for one year from date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers – are valid for five years from date of purchase.

Group Coaching – minimum group numbers apply. Group coaching will be cancelled and money refunded if minimum booking numbers not met.

Services provided – Career coaching services are provided where the client and the coach work in partnership to help the client articulate and achieve their goals. No guarantees are made in respect of any external outcome such as successful interview outcomes or invitation to interview.

Geographical coverage – We coach clients based in Ireland and the UK (or looking to work in these countries). Due to insurance restrictions we can not coach clients who are resident in the United States or Canada.

If you fill in a contact form on our website the contact details and message you provide are sent to us to allow us to respond to your enquiry. If you book a service on our website, the information and documents you provided are also stored to allow us to provide that service to you. If you complete the Career Report questionnaire, your answers are stored to allow us to automatically generate your Career Report. If you provide your email address to receive a free resource, like a free CV template your email will be added to our email list (from which you can unsubscribe at any time).

Information provided by third parties

We may receive your email address from a third party – for instance an external career consultant who is working with you and has purchased a Career Report on your behalf. We have checked those third parties have your consent to disclose your personal information to us.

How do we process your data

Your name, email address and other contact details may be used to manage our communications with you. You can opt out of any marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.

Any responses you provide for the Career Report questionnaire will be automatically processed to generate your Career Report.

Any material such as Curriculum Vitae and application forms provided in booking a Career Coaching session will be accessed in advance and during the session by us.

Who we share your data with

We may share your personal information with third party service providers who provide data processing services to us to support our website or the services we provide to you.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

International data transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country. Our third-party service providers operate in both the EU and the United States.
