Executive Officer – Civil Service 2022
The Civil Service in Ireland is currently recruiting for Executive Officers (entry level to junior management in the Civil Service). The closing date for applications is June 2nd at 3pm.
On the application form you indicate a maximum of 2 locations where you would like to work from the 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland.
Entry salary is €31,698, rising to €52,894.Application is via online application form on publicjobs.ie.
Executive Officer Eligibility Criteria (summary):
Executive Officer Education Requirements:
– At least NVQ level 7 qualification 𝐨𝐫
– At least grade D (or O6 post 2017) in Leaving Certificate at Ordinary Level in Maths, Irish and English and at least grade C (H4 post 2017) in Leaving Certificate in 5 subjects at Higher Level [or it’s equivalent] 𝐨𝐫
– Have completed and passed all exams in 1st year of a three or four programme that was leading to minimum NVQ level 7 qualification 𝐨𝐫
– be serving as a Civil Servant with at least 2 years experience and have obtained 5 subjects in Leaving Certificate including Maths, Irish and English – three of which should be minimum grade C (post 2017 H4) at Higher Level, the other two should be minimum grade D (post 2017 O6) at Ordinary Level [or it’s equivalent]

– Person with international protection under International Protection Act 2015 or any family member entitled to remain in state as result of family reunification with stamp 4 visa
– Parent of a dependent child who is a citizen of, and resident in, EEA, UK or Switzerland and had stamp 4 visa
